Each time you reply to a message on Stillwhite, your response time and response rate are re-evaluated and displayed on your active listings. These statistics help buyers determine how active you are, and a higher value may result in more inquiries.

Although response statistics are calculated often, they may take several hours to update across our platform. If your listing is showing a response rate of less than 100%, but you have replied to everyone, it's likely you just need to wait an hour or so for the data to update.
