Ok but some key gaps in the process made the process stressful: - I was getting questions about people coming over to try on the dress, and felt very unsure about hot to handle it. On the one hand it seems reasonable. But then, does it still count as cleaned? What if it got damaged with try on? And I don't want people knowing that I have a dress so expensive and where I live ... Still white provided no guidance on this which made the enquiries feel stressful to handle. - shopping was a huge faff. Still white provided basically no information about getting a suitable box, getting quotes, how to find out if shipping duties would apply. My buyer had to pay a surprise extra 1k as a result. I was very lucky that she was gracious about it and this wasn't a problem, but it does leave a bad taste. - the selling fees are very high. Higher than I'd expect given the above gaps, and also quite hidden.

Great platform for finding a dress. I loved all the filters so I could find exactly what I was looking for. So many beautiful dresses out there! The purchasing process was a bit cumbersome. I didn't like how I had to message the seller to buy the dress. She also had to ask me directly for my name and shipping address whereas it would have been smoother to have a form where I filled that out.

Great platform. I bought an absolutely beautiful dress at a great price!! Who cares that’s is used? The only person who will know is me and anyone I choose to tell. In today’s society, there’s no reason to be paying all these extra fees for a dress from a boutique. Still go to the boutique to get that fairytale experience, but buy from Stillwhite so that you get the best bang for your buck!

I like how we know how much the dress sells for. But it shows street size on the listing rather than label size, which may confuse people if they are not paying attention closely. I rather it show label size, then the street size on listing and ask people for measurements.
