How do I cancel a payment request?

When you cancel a payment request, the buyer is no longer able to purchase your dress through Stillwhite.

To cancel a payment request:

Website

1. Visit your Inbox
2. Open your conversation with the buyer
3. Click under the offer you wish to cancel
4. Click Delete

Mobile app

1. Select the Inbox tab
2. Open your conversation with the buyer
3. Tap under the offer you wish to cancel
4. Tap Delete

Any open payment requests automatically expire once an item sells or is removed from sale.
