This dress has never been worn or altered. It’s elegant and can be worn with an added pearl or rhinestone belt like Olivia Pope wore it in Scandal. The color is a creamy silk white, the whitest Silk can be, just like you see in the pictures. We paid $4600 for this dress at Kleinfelds of “say yes to the dress”!
