About the Dress

I'm selling this breathtakingly stunning Wendy Makin - Katelyn wedding dress.

This dress is a beautiful classic shape and would fit a size 10 up to a smaller size 12 (on top). It is incredibly comfortable and doesn't slide down at all like many strapless dresses do (i swore i wouldn't buy a strapless wedding dress for this reason alone!).

I fell in love with this dress but wasn't sure about all the pink so the designer made it specifically leaving the pink off the top section for me and I couldn't have been more happy with it! It is made from fine ivory silk and has beautiful earthy hues along with some grays, coral, deep plum and pink so there are many options for the bridesmaid dresses to match in with this floral beauty! It zips up in the middle at the back and then a series of pearl beaded buttons over the top to add some extra detail.

I received so many compliments as people were not expecting anything other than a white dress. It is truly unique, stylish and graceful and an absolute stand out in the world of wedding dresses.

It has a train that buttons up on the back for the dancing element of the night and for those nervous brides like myself that don't know where to rest your hands, the dress has pockets! I am 180cms tall and wore flats and it was ground length on me. I am a C cup and I had cup inserts stitched in for a bit of extra lift but these can be changed easily if needed. The dress has been professionally dry cleaned and placed in a protective bag.

This is definitely a sad sale for me but I would love to see a bride-to-be as happy, stunning and comfortable as i was in this dress on her big day!!
