The Dress

Dear Future Brides, Before I begin I would just like to congratulate you on this incredible journey ahead of you! This day is your day to shine and feel the most beautiful you have ever felt!

My name is Joanne and I got married on 14 June, 2014. Wearing this dress made me feel absolutely incredible and I only wish the best upon who wears it next.

Anthony and Jacob from the amazing J'aton designed this dress! The detail is spectacular, the lace is fully sequenced - the rights of this beautiful material are solely to J'Aton in Australia making this a truly unique gown. It is not only a long sleeved gown for a more modest day look, it also has detachable sleeves for the perfect night look. This was my dilemma as I did not know what I wanted and the boys from J'aton were able to come up with a creation which let me have both! To attach the sleeves, the straps of the dress are threaded through the sleeves making it look seamless and fully secure.

I am roughly 158cm tall and wore 12cm heels on my wedding day.

The dress has been dry cleaned by a professional dry cleaner who specialises in such delicate dresses.

The dress is still in immaculate condition.
