About the Dress

I wore this dress (Grace Loves Lace Goldie XS) to my wedding in 2024. It is a slinky, sexy satin dress with a very low back and high neck line. Great for a glamorous look that you can still move in. It has a pretty high slit on the left side. I did a very active first dance and all the guests commented on how well the dress moved. It has been hemmed to my height plus shoes (5'5.5" in total) so ideal for a shorter bride looking to give this gown another life :)

It has been dry cleaned and stored in the original box it came in with the garment bag. I've also included a video of the dress after the cleaning so you can rest assured it is in good condition!

Alterations

The dress was hemmed to my height plus 3.5" heels so 5' 5.5" in total. The train is still quite long (~3-4 feet). I also added a dart on the side to raise the slit and make more space for my hips for dancing. This could be removed by a tailor once you get it. I also removed the back strap but this can be reattached and will be sent with dress.
