The Dress
Authentic Rosa Clará Querida dress, bought from wedding dress boutique in sample sale for £1500, in September 2023. I wore it this year for my wedding in July 2024. The dress has been dry cleaned and is in perfect condition.
The dress is lace all over with embroidery and beading over the top half, with long chiffon bows & feather detail on the shoulders. The hem has a beautiful scallop design edge. The dress is fitted but is really comfortable and is what made me fall in love with it - it’s really sophisticated yet unique. The plunging neckline matches the plunging back which makes the dress sexy & classy in equal measures!
Alterations
The dress was bought in a size 12 and altered around the waist and bust to fit my frame, which is more of a size 8. I have a small bust so this is where most of the alterations were done. It was also brought up at the hem so sits perfectly on the floor wearing 4inch (10cm) heels. I am 163cm without shoes.
