The Dress

Katherine Tash "Cecilia" lined silk dress purchased new from Lovely Bride in NYC. Altered with boutique recommended tailor in Manhattan. Worn once 9/2024 for indoor wedding ceremony and dinner. Bodice and silk fabric are a DREAM- such a flattering dress!

Perfect except for minor soiling at hem easily removed with dry cleaning (photo shows the worst of it), and couple minor tiny marks also likely removed with cleaning (1-2mm) (darker mark on lower back near knee height).
Measurements:
Hips: 33.5"
Waist: 23"
Ribcage / underbust: 29"
Bust: A cup but wore B+ padded inserts after portrait session (sigh, photography timelines…) and there was still room! Would definitely fit B/C comfortably)
Height: 5' 6" (5'2" and wore 4" heels)

Alterations

Altered by bridal boutique's recommended shop (Sew In Love):
- American Bustle (cannot do French bustle as the skirt is too slim, so one small invisible button on skirt that could be removed)
- Hemmed to height 5'6" with shoes
- Bodice sides taken in so top closer to standard size 0. No additional inserts or additions to bodice.
