The Dress

As soon as I tried this dress on and saw my reflection I felt like crying. It was the first dress I had tried on and I hadn’t planned on trying any dresses on that day as I didn’t have an appointment booked in. But then the lady saw me and offered a spot as they weren’t busy.

I still remember the moment so clearly..beautiful memories

So, about the dress it may seem to big to move in however on the day I moved around it fine. It wasn’t heavy at all. Gliding along.

Though The back of the dress can be buttoned up for the first dance but I wanted to leave it long and it was gorgeous. The back buttons over the sheer fabric is one of my favorite part of the dress. Oh the memories.

The dress is stored in a garment bag in my walk in wardrobe

Alterations

Dress is originally a size 12au
It was altered to fit 8au
The length of the dress is 170cm overall height with heels in ( me 168cm )

Though altered, the dress wasn’t cut. There excess fabric is tucked in the seams. So if alterations are needed to be larger it can be altered upto size 12au
