The Dress

Ivory/Mocha chiffon with 3D lace detail and soft and silky charmeuse lining. 25” train, bodice has an illusion exposed boning giving it a structured and fitted look.

Extremely comfortable, wore it all day with no problems. It has been professionally cleaned and repaired by bridal dress cleaning specialists as there were small tears along the inner layer chiffon skirt, which have been trimmed (not visible). Cleaning cost £250. Images on the mannequin are of the dress after cleaning, the photography light is quite stark to show up everything. The colour contrast of the mocha lining is much more subtle in natural light, and whilst wearing it. Has not been worn since cleaning. Looks brand new. Comes with keepsake storage box and a Madi Lane dress bag.

It looks gorgeous in photos but somehow even better in person. The detail is so delicate up close.

I adore this dress, I'm happy to keep it but it's so beautiful it seems a shame to let it sit in the attic. It deserves another day in the spotlight with another bride who will love it as much as I did.

Alterations

£280 alterations for a single loop bustle added to lift the train for the evening. The hemline was adjusted to my height in flat shoes, I'm 5"5. No other alterations were made, so it's otherwise the standard sizing. It can be adjusted up to 4 sizes down.
