The Dress

Brand new Vivienne Westwood Galaxy Cape Dress with tags.

Designed and made-to-order at Vivienne Westwood’s bridal couture flagship in London. This dress typically takes 1+ year to have made. This classic model has returned each year with modern tweaks. This is the brand new 2024 collection completed in September. Unfortunately it wasn't finished in time for my wedding, which is why I'm selling it!

Additional things to note:
- £800 additional fee to upgrade the fabric to a heavier luxurious silk (looks great in photos and feels so soft)
- £270 detachable cape running from the top of the back of the corset. This looks incredible with a long veil.
- The dress has NOT been hemmed yet, so it can be altered to your height / desired length
- VW is known for her corsets. I cannot explain enough how good I felt in the corset. It's comfortable, holds everything in, gives an amazing silhouette at the waist, and the ruching at the bottom of the corset/top of the skirt allows you to comfortably sit and eat whatever you want without feeling bloated or unable to breath!!
- There is a button feature for the small train to clip up so as to not be dragged and dirtied (and for the dance floor!)

- Height without heels: 171cm
