The highlight of the style is its expertly draped sweetheart neckline with off-the-shoulder straps and exposed boning. An amazing fitted silhouette with draping under the waistline and majestic detachable overskirt made of the same beaded lace result in a utterly glamorous and sophisticated look.

Worn for only three hours, and felt magical.
I am very broad in the shoulders, and smaller in the waist so I would say this could fit a street size 14-16.
