About the Dress
I ordered split sizing so the bust and waist are a size 0 and hips are a size 4. Dress has been altered - straps made skinnier, a belt added (it is now sewn on so can be removed), hemmed and added a bustle. The dress has some very minor discoloring at the bottom.
