The intricate floral appliqués on the dress represent Colombian orchids, symbolizing the country's vibrant flora. The detachable ruffled sleeves are inspired by the fashionable garments of Cartagena de Indias, adding an elegant yet playful element. The hemline draws inspiration from the traditional cumbia skirts, creating a fluid silhouette that beautifully captures the joy of dancing.

How I Felt in the Dress:

This dress is in excellent condition. It has been professionally dry-cleaned and shows no external signs of wear. There is an underskirt that protected the dress during outdoor walking, and while this underskirt shows minor signs of use, it is not visible when the dress is worn.
