The Dress

The T.D.G. dress is ultra romantic, with a one shoulder, asymmetrical bow bodice and cutout detail at the waist. This single layer of pleated tulle of this, A-line skirt is light and airy, allowing a glimpse of the fitted lining below. This design detail gives the illusion of two silhouettes, creating the dreamiest of gowns.

I have never felt so beautiful on my wedding day! This dress does not compare to anything else out there. It's elegant but also very natural. I was blown away when I got some of my wedding pictures back. The dress was the star of the show! Everyone complimented me and said they'd never seen anything like it. It's such a unique look, and the material is so forgiving. I didn't need to steam or dry clean because the organza hides everything. I'm convinced that this dress will look good on anyone and everyone.

There's some minor wear and tear on the bottom. The inside has some dirt spots which will come out when dry cleaned. I purchased this dress from a woman on StillWhite last year, there were some dirt spots at the time and I didn't even bother to dry clean, it looks completely new when on and the organza layer is in front, hiding and imperfections. As for the outer layer of organza, some minor tears at the bottom (nothing significant) but honestly you would never know, it's kinda part of the look! For me, it wasn't worth the cost of fry cleaning just to get a few very minor and unnoticeable stains out.

There is definitely some give in this dress, I have very small boobs (a cups) but could definitely accommodate up to a c-cup. Despite that, it stayed on perfectly and very comfortable for a dress, no issues when dancing or sitting down. The women before me only wore it for a few hours for her ceremony, and same for me! I changed right after our first dance. The dress in total has probably only been worn for ~ 5 hours.

Alterations

I did not do any alterations however the woman that I purchased the dress did. Her message to me when I asked if it can be taken out at all (note that I didn't end up having to get it taken out):
I think 1-2cm will be ok and a good seamstress will be able to alter it to your body. I used a really good seamstress - it cost about $1000 and I made sure it was done properly as I always wanted to resell the dress.
