The Dress

Essence of Australia D3240IV in Ivory - size UK 14 altered to fit measurements of 34"/30"/41" (cm provided in advert details). The keepers have been sewn back into the dress so the straps don't stretch on the hanger.

Please note this style has now been discontinued by Essence of Australia. Originally purchased from Belissima Weddings (South Woodham Ferrers, Essex). I have the dress bag for you to store the dress in and a purpose built box to send. There is a loop halfway down the train (and ribbon) to then create a bustle to tie the dress up when you are wanting a shorter dress.

I absolutely loved my dress and fitted our barn style/themed wedding day and it helped to show off my curves. It was fitting but not too tight, and the dress gently flows out at the end (not an extreme trumpet shape, as shown in photos).

It was 22 degrees on our day so it was a warm UK summer day, and this dress wasn't too hot/ heavy - I didn't want a huge train and I liked the puddle style underdress, as this was cooler and then really showed off the the train and its floral detail.

The low back and train are a real statement piece of the dress and the lace detail and sequins really catch in different lights.

I am 5ft 6 and wore low heels for comfort (and my husband isn't too tall, so I didn't want to tower over him!).

I have had the dress dry cleaned after use and it has cleaned up immaculately (I have pictured the under dress close up to show this and the lace train is still in brilliant condition) - I have more pictures and videos of the dress if required.
