Alterations
Dress was taken in by 1" at the bust but can be restored to its original size. The original height remains unchanged. I was 5'8" in high heels, but I wore a big petticoat underneath, even though the dress is originally meant to be worn without it. So, I didn’t need to have it hemmed. I think someone who is 5'10" to 6'0" could still wear it without a petticoat. Detachable matching sleeves was added.
