-The train is very long, so about 3-4 inches was taken off of the 44'' train (so 40'' left, and it was still long for me at 5'4'' + heels).
-There is an additional bustle, but that can be let out/removed.
-About 1 inch taken in on the shoulders and under the arms, which also can be let out/removed.
