Bijou is a fusion of modernity and elegance, this French lace mermaid dress redefines classic charm with contemporary flair. The corseted bodice adds structure and allure to the silhouette, while the intricate lace exudes a touch of romance and a captivating long train.
Alterations
This dress was made custom for me, to the measurements I’ve listed here. Additional boning was added to the corset, and the sides were taken in to create a more cinched waist. The mermaid flare was reshaped to reflect a more straight, column-like look from the knee down. Pearl detailing removed from the gloves. Train has both a wristlet and a bustle added for additional flexibility during wear.
