Alterations
This dress was adapted from Demetrios 1191. The 1191 was used for the bottom half of the dress with the nude lining option included. The original Demetrios 1191 top was altered and now boasts a sweetheart design, complemented by removable sheer off-the-shoulder pieces adorned with matching embellishments.
