Gorgeous fit and flare by Austin Scarlett.
Has an inner belt to keep dress securely on waist. Also has an inner girdle sewn right into dress. The belt shown in the cover picture does not come with the dress. This dress is beyond! Too beautiful to keep stored away!

Alterations

I had the train completely removed. I had little j hooks sewn in to surround the inside top of the dress to securely attached a strapless bra. The hooks can be very easily removed.
