Fish tail dress. Was originally strapless but I had a low boat style top added. I am usually a size 10-12 but have a large bust - hence I had to buy a size 16 and had the dress brought in at the waist and hips.
Alterations
Adjustment to strapless top - boat style addition. Could be removed. Also had beaded belt added.
