This dress is 2024 ROME Berta Counture collection, Dess has a beautiful v-nect with modesty mesh that is invisble and aproache ontheh entire dress. The dress has sparles built into the fabric, so it does not sheed, and lights up at night. Slit on front can be made obvious or not depending on the wearer. ABOUT BERTA: The sole designer of the fashion house is Berta Balilti. Berta founded her namesake brand in 2004.
