The Dress
I chose this dress for my wedding ceremony because it was one of a kind, and I hope to find someone who loves it as much as I did.
It's a well-constructed dress from a couturier in Sydney with built-in support. The organza overlay with gold detailing came from an Italian silk sample that has since been discontinued due to price. You won't find another dress like this anywhere.
I felt so elegant in this dress at our sunset ceremony. It's low-cut, but I felt secure and confident in it. So many people complimented me for finding such a unique and elegant dress. It was worn at an indoor ceremony and is in good condition.
I live in Coogee if you want to try it on.
Alterations
It was originally a size 10, but altered to fit me (a size 8). The dressmaker said that she left the fabric inside the dress during alteration in case I wanted to let it out in future.
