There is a layer on the flare with subtle sequins under the tool for extra sparkle! Preserved and professionally cleaned. It is in a vacuum sealed box that I don't want to open just for anything. I would love to sell in it's best condition as possible! Purchased Brand New from Aurora Bridal in Melbourne, FL. Added beaded/crystal sewn in belt, could be removed after purchase.
