I absolutely loved this dress and since my original right size couldn't be ordered and make it in time for the wedding date, I purchased a size 6 and had it altered to a size 2 (it fits on me, but is the slightest on the looser side).

I think this can fit someone who is a size 4, and with some alterations can be as tight as you'd like for a size 0.

Waist: 26-27
Hip: 36-37

Bust, Waist, Hip taken in as I purchased a size 6 and had it altered close to a size 2.
Bottom hemmed to adjust to my height (5'7"). I wore 3" heels.
Push-up bra inserts added
Bustles added, but needs 1 bustle fix/sew
