The Dress

A timeless classic dress worn once this year and then dry cleaned. It is very comfortable and flattering. David’s Bridal (DB) categorizes this dress as a ball gown but I would say it’s more in between the A-line and ball gown. It flows perfectly but is in no way too big and unmanageable. I felt absolutely beautiful in this dress. It flattered my figure while concealing my tummy and weirdly enough my arms that I’m a bit self-conscious about. I hope another bride can enjoy this dress as much as I did.

Alterations

Hemmed only slightly so this dress would be great for anyone standing at 6’1 and below with shoes. The arm straps were brought in only a few centimeters as well as the bodice. Without alterations the dress almost fit like a glove. A 7-point ballroom bustle was also added.
