About the Dress
Bought from Newcastle Bridal House in 2023 and has only been worn a couple of times at the dressmakers and then about 10 hours on the wedding day.
It is in excellent condition and has been professionally dry cleaned and stored in the original dress bag.
The dress has a beautiful leaf motif throughout the dress and a slight sparkle on the skirt.
Although there are multiple layers of tulle in the skirt to give it fullness, the dress is very light to wear.
Short veil included, hand stitched to a comb.
Bride was 158cm but was wearing heels.
Alterations
The neckline was raised by 6 inches when the dress was being made. Further alterations from another dress maker were to; make the dress shorter in the front and the train, make the shoulder straps tighter, add a bustle, and to add extra motifs around the neckline and underarms.
