The Dress

Gorgeous 1920s inspired dress from Brisbane designer Jack Sullivan Bridal. Measured to a standard size 14 in his collection normally I wear size 12. Makynli is a structured, fitted stunner covered in seamless beadwork and lace placement. Absolutely gorgeous with sequins sewed all over the lace to capture the light - I felt like a queen wearing it! The way it glittered all over was just stunning. I would love to keep it forever but just not practical. Long train but easily manageable with my added finger loop on the back train. Minor grass stains on bottom of train which will easily come off with a dry clean. I live in rural qld so just haven’t had anywhere to get it properly cleaned before sale. It honestly was my dream dress!! Suited our 1920s/gatsby theme perfectly.

Alterations

Lining has been taken up as it was very long, lace overlay covers it and just touched the ground at my feet with small heals on. Added hitch loop and lace straps have a soft felt underneath for comfort can be easily removed.
