The Dress

Hello and congratulations!

Thank you for looking at my dress. I was one of those girls, the one I swore I would never be, and bought multiple wedding dresses.

This is not the one I wore on my big day as this dress is brand new, bought at the Dalia bridal boutique in Williamsville, New York, is unaltered, unworn, brand new with tags, and has stayed in its protective breathable bag from the moment it was purchased.

This dress is white / ivory and has very fine silver threads woven into the embroidery and has a beautiful vintage yet modern glam look especially around the bust with the beading. It has satin covered buttons that cover the back zipper and a beautiful long train which is most becoming, especially when the light catches those silver threads.

The inside of the dress is satin lined in the bodice area and has the elastic band within around the bust area similar to a bra with the hook and loop closure.

I purchased additional satin straps that I was told can easily be added to change the dress from totally strapless to having a little bit more support with those spaghetti type straps and those are included in this dress, bride's choice if she wants to use them or not, they just need to be sewn in.

The only reason I did not wear this dress is because I did not lose the weight I needed. I am that classic pear shape that has a smaller waist and larger hips. I am about 5'5 if I wear just a basic shoe and when I had my bridal appointment I wore a heel of 3 in ches. The tag on the dress says size 14 by Morilee and is style 2528.
