The Dress

This timeless dress makes the most of striking structure and delicate romantic details. The dress hugs your curves to show off your bust, waist, and hips. A just-right train matches the glamour of your wedding day. The back goes just low enough to highlight your waist and hips, without making undergarments impossible. On the bodice, a layer of organza sits on top of a beautiful lower layer of lace, bringing a subtle level of detailing to an otherwise simple gown. This gown is well constructed, with structuring layers of tulle below the gorgeous outer layers of organza ensuring that the flare hits just right. It makes a cheerful rustle as you move.

Note: the measurements listed are of the dress itself. I didn't have my own measurements from the fall available, and pregnancy has made my current measurements pretty unhelpful.

Alterations

I bought this gown secondhand for $600 and made no additional alterations. It was already hemmed to my height (5'5.5", wearing flats). I chose a different style for my wedding day, but I would have taken in the bust slightly to accommodate my 34As.
