The Dress

Editorial Notes: classic, sustainable, and luxurious wedding style crafted in eco mikado silk, a type of silk that is more stiff, which gives more architectural structure to the dress design. Eco Mikado silk retains the shape of the wedding dress well throughout the wedding - full and voluminous ball gown-style dress.

Pronovias: Eden Collection: Geyser: An A-line wedding dress with sweetheart neckline and 3/4 sleeves. Dress is part of the We Do Eco collection of sustainable wedding dresses. This iconic wedding style has been crafted in luxurious eco mikado featuring a deep sweetheart neckline, chic, three-quarter length sleeves.

Alterations - can be made to the length of the train, length of the sleeves, and the shape and/or depth of the neckline.

Worn only once on day of wedding for 3 hours, then I changed to another dress for the wedding. It is professionally dry cleaned and placed inside the original Pronovias dress and ready for the next person to wear. It is currently inside it's original Pronovias dress dress holder bag.

Opinion - I fell in love with this dress the first time I tried it on. I love the simplicity, yet classic and modern style with the sweetheart neckline, puff 3/4 length sleeves, full A-line, and POCKETS. I felt beautiful and comfortable (no itchy lace) throughout the wedding. I want the next person who wears this dress to feel just as beautiful, loved, comfortable, and excited to show it off to your family and friends.

Alterations

Bought a size 8 dress; alteration was to cinch up the waist and shorten the dress. However, non of the fabric was cut on the bottom, it's just folded in so that you can undo the seams to elongate the dress back to it's original length.
