The Dress

Stunning hand made Berta Dress in excellent condition, made in January 2023 in Berta's flagship Atelier. Only worn for part of my wedding day (before dance floor!) as I changed into a second dress. This has preserved the dress in excellent condition, and, it has been dry cleaned too. I absolutely loved my dress. It has shape and elegance but is incredibly light weight and comfortable - perfect for a destination wedding. (We married in South Africa and it was 35 degrees!). Dress has a slight Aline, and incredibly flattering with it being nipped at the waist. Stunning soft lace with embroidery and a slight shimmer detail.
Dress has a nude a line underskirt which can easily be removed if you want a true Berta "sheer" look. Spaghetti straps which are easily adjustable with tailoring, or can be removed to be made strapless. Corset body is incredibly flattering, and sits high, so is still very comfortable to sit /dance. Would fit size 6-8 UK. I am 5ft 7, but it could be taken up for someone shorter. Berta label size 40 (please refer to Berta size chart).

Alterations

Has had cup liners sewn in so that you don't have to wear a bra. Would fit size A-B cup (or C if cup liners removed). Dress had small bow on waist line which I removed but I have kept it and can easily be attached with single stitch if you'd like to.
