The Dress

This dress is all Carolyn Bessette-Kennedy vibes. Perfect for the minimalist, confident bride. Simple, elegant and fits like a dream. She was the perfect choice for my relaxed, intimate, outdoor wedding.
The fabric is a chiffon fabric and has a stretch charmeuse lining. The fabric drapes beautifully and flows organically. Her bodice features boning, cups and asymmetrical pleating. Her back is low cut with buttoning details and the slimline bias-cut skirt is finished in an elegant 30” train which I had a bustle added.
Our wedding was a summer wedding on a remote beach with our boat, and I was comfortable and felt like a million bucks. The dress was worn on the beach and our boat for about an hour or two. I’ve checked and don’t see any obvious flaws but it has been worn and used outside so there is likely a small snag somewhere. I’ve had her dry cleaned and from my eye she looks like new.

Alterations

Straps were shortened and bust taken in slightly on sides. (I am a C cup) I also had a beautiful bustle added to train, which is invisible when train is down.
