The Dress

From the moment I tried this dress on in the small boutique that it was purchased from, I knew it was THE one. This dress is crepe material, so it is the perfect summer dress. The torso boning holds everything in. Once it gets to the purely crepe material at the waist, it is one layer. I wore a nude colored, compressing garment underneath to hold everything in place. The entire torso, aside from the breast cups, is see-thru mesh with beading all over. I wore this dress 3hrs total. The back is zip-up with clasp closure. The train is what makes this dress! It's a cathedral train with most of it having lace, beading, and sequins. The lace and beading go around to the bottom front of the dress, so I wore a 3-inch heel to avoid stepping on the trim. It photographs beautifully! The dress has been dry cleaned and is in a preserved box with certificate of authentication from the preservation company certifying excellent condition of the dress.

Alterations

Push-up cups (original cups still in place, push-ups can be removed), thicker straps to replace original thin straps, tailored at the waist, hips, thighs, and the butt area (to make tighter) and tailored at the bottom to make shorter (about 5'9 with shoes). There is no bustle but can be added if you prefer.
