About the Dress

This dress is a modern twist on the traditional lace. With larger intricate patterns along the train and hem. The A-line hem is flattering and forgiving. The neckline is a deep V decorated with intricate lace florals (but has a sheer netting to keep everything in place). The back is open but the straps cross between the shoulder blades.

Alterations: The dress needed very minimal alterations. We shortened the dress from the seam at the waist (so as not to take off any of the beautiful lace patternings at the hem). I am 5 foot 4 inches and wor 2 inch heals. Because of the long train there is still some extra room and fabric for taller brides.

We did add an American bustle so there are buttons to be able to bustle the dress for dancing.

I wore the dress with a silver leaf pattern belt. If you are interested in the belt please let me know.
