The Dress
Unaltered wedding gown by Calla Blanche from their La Perle line! This dress is the Helia dress, a romantic, boho dress with a mermaid/fit and flare silhouette. Originally was supposed to be my reception dress, but ended up opting for a much smaller/simpler wedding so I only kept my ceremony dress.
I've included pics and videos from when I picked the dress out at the shop, along with catalogue photos that look much better. I'm a street size 4-6 normally, and this dress fit a little loose on my bust and you can see how much the dress was cinched at the back during the initial try-on. I'd say street size 8-10 would work for this dress and this can be altered. In my try-on photos, I'm 5'4 with no heels on.
This material and lace on this dress is lightweight, so would be perfect for a summer wedding or hot destination wedding! I can imagine this dress at a beach or barn venue!
