The Dress

This is an unworn, unaltered gown that I bought from a sample sale in almost perfect condition (some stray threads here and there which are a function of the lace overlay) and includes the optional Hara sleeves!! I love the dress, it’s even more stunning in person, but we ended up changing venues, and even cities, and I picked a different dress that fit the new venue better.

It’s a UK 12, but the shop at it listed as a US 8. I’m normally a 4/6 in street size, and would have needed to take this in a bit, particularly in the bust area. My measurements are in the listing, but for reference Rue de Seine’s website lists measurements for a UK 12 as B: 95cm, W: 75cm, H: 104cm. The last 3 pictures are me - I’m not wearing shoes in the photos, but I tried the dress on with 4 inch heels and still had a few inches of length to spare.

The dress has not been cleaned in any way and does have one light sweat stains on the inside underarms from try-ons (I bought it as is) which should come out in a dry clean, and either way it is not visible. Truly a beautiful gown that I would have loved to wear for my original desert venue. I’m happy to answer any questions, take additional photos, video etc. The dress comes with the Hara sleeves, and is in its original packaging (plastic sleeve, pink garment bag in background of photos, and original box from Lovely Bridal).
