The Dress

The perfect combination of elegance and glamour. This Monique Lhuillier wedding dress has many elements that help you make the perfect transitions throughout the day. Starting with the detachable bow and train that adds so much drama to the moment you walk down the aisle. We worked with a seamstress to add detachable straps that compliment the dress beautifully, again these are great if you are getting married in a church. They can later be removed to create the original strapless look if desired. The low back with buttons is absolutely stunning and a tad sexy.

Alterations

The dress has been taken in a little to fit my upper body and waist better. There have been cups inserted to add to the breasts. The dress has been taken in at the legs to give it a more dramatic 'mermaid' look.

Detachable straps have been added - perfect if you are getting married in a church or want to change the look of the dress throughout the day/evening as they can be easily removed to show the original strapless look.

A french bustle has been added - this design technique folds underneath the back of the dress and hooks below, while still allowing you see the beautiful buttons down the back of the dress.
