Altered down to about a size 14. I am thick and curvy and about 5'4". The dress was taken in at the waist to hug my curves and bit. It was too long, even with heels, so it a hem was put in which did get rid of some of the scalloped design at the bottom of the dress. The train was not altered but a bustle was added and is optional. You can't see the button.
