And speaking of the neckline, the scalloped off-the-shoulder design is sure to take your breath away. This gown gives you full coverage with its long sleeves and higher neckline, yet it is still very sultry and sassy. Still in the box never opened. I didn't realize it was a final sale dress. I don't want it and it can't be returned
