The Dress

Mae by Ines Di Santo is a dramatic wedding dress that features a luxurious lingerie elongated French silk bodice with multi-layered French lace asymmetrical textured trumpet skirt. The bodice has boning throughout to provide a structured and comfortable fit. The straps are thin and provide the perfect amount of support. This dress will provide anyone the perfect hourglass silhouette.

Please refer to the size chart uploaded for Ines Di Santo sizing. I'm typically a 6/8 in dresses. The dress was made with split sizing of 14/14/18 (Ines Di Santo Split Sizing - bust/waist/hips). The dress can be taken in, but there is very little fabric to let the dress out.

The dress was purchased from Ultimate Bride in Chicago and has been professionally cleaned.

Alterations

Dress has been altered from its original size and length. The waist was not altered, but a dart was added in the back below the butt for a tighter fit. There were also cups added to the bodice (hand sewn, which can be easily removed/adjusted). Dress was ordered from the manufacturer with open cups (I’m a 34 full C) and had an additional four inches to the skirt. About one inch of that was removed in alterations. A bustle was also added to the dress (invisible buttons), though I did not bustle it on my wedding day. There are photos that include the bottom bustled.
