The Dress

Fairytale wedding dress from monique lhuillier's spring 2023 wedding collection, embracing La Dolce Vita. Inspired by the romance of Sicily, this season is an exuberance of volume, texture and color. The dress is a ballgown silhouette, fitted on the top with an off sleeve shoulder and sweetheart neckline with a unique bow across the chest with a built in corset and then shoots out from your waist, sure to accentuates any figure! This dress made me feel so unique and special on my wedding day, it highlighted the areas and figures of my body it wanted to while being comfortable and feeling like a classic modern bride.

The dress also comes with a detachable "cape" that's additional fabric and train that can be attached to the back of the dress. The dress has been preserved and cleaned thoroughly and I also had another dressed I changed into later in the night so there's really little to no signs of wear asides from the natural dirt mark at the seam at the bottom of the dress (can’t be seen unless gown is lifted up) and a little dirt mark in the back (images reflected).

Alterations

The dress has been altered to be taken into my figure and was shortened to my height.
