The Dress

This dress was lovely and a good dress to wear in the tropical heat. I felt really lovely in it. The dress comes with a zipper, but we amended it to have a corset back. The underlining is a nude color--I believe it is called "mocha."

I wore this dress with sandals and I'm 5'7", so if you plan to wear heels, it might be better if you're a little shorter than me.

Because we were in the tropics we had to use sunscreen, so there is some damage on the inside of the dress because it was tinted, but it is not visible from the outside at all and I am confident a cleaning will take care of that. It is only in the back. I would have it cleaned, but we just got married at the end of September and we are moving to Europe less than 30 days from our wedding, so I was concerned it wouldn't be ready in time.

Alterations

three inches taken off the bottom and train shortened to sweep/court. corset back added. Bustle added.
