The Dress

I just wore this beautiful Liz Martinez gown for the ceremony and reception and changed out of it for the evening to keep it in excellent condition and it has also been dry cleaned since I wore it.

I wanted a romantic, ethereal yet slightly sexy look for my wedding and this Poppy dress delivered. It's so light with the most intricate bodice and tulle floor length skirt with a modest slit on one side. It felt like I was gliding down the aisle and the long train gave it a very romantic and haute couture look. I hope the next person that wears this dress feels the way I did on my wedding day! Veil the length of the dress available to also buy alongside - excellent condition and dry cleaned.

Alterations

The dress is a size 10 but I had it altered to a size 8 and I'm 5'4 but I wore Jimmy Choo Azia 75 heels so the dress was tailored to touch the floor with those on. I also had the straps made into a halterneck that tied into a bow on my neck as opposed to ties on each shoulder - it made the dress look more grown up and sleek. I also added a skin colour lining which Liz adds to most of her dresses to give a sheer look without it being see through.
