The Dress

Honestly jaw dropping, show stopping Jane Hill Lexie Gown from her ADORE collection.

Sleeves are removable so can be work with off the shoulder or as a sweetheart neckline.

Worn once for day time only beach wedding (no dirt or mud) so in more or less perfect condition- I also changed before dancing took place so it really is pristine.

Bought in a split size, 10 on top, 8 from hips down but heavily altered to fit my figure then. There is space for minimal let outs and space for let out on length but opportunity to tailor to your body as required. I had breast pads tacked in, I removed these but will included them in the Jane Hill Dust Bag.

I had the sleeves removed and tacked on so that I could take off in the evening and tuck in which I did- these need to be sewn back on the front, but would not take much to do so.

I had some additional lace added on the bottom and sides of the dress- the additional lace cost me £250.

This dress was truly stunning and I was complimented ridiculous amounts, it was also really comfortable, had the perfect amount of train and didn't make me hot (I got married in the South of France in June and stayed as cool as a cucumber).

The dress has been specialist dry cleaned costing me £220. There are minimal marks or damage on the outside of the dress, but the inside lining does have, as expected, a few marks on the inside- these may come off with some hand washing/ stain remover but there won't be visible to the outside eye.

The veil is not included- this was custom made for me and I do not wish to sell.

I feel sad about selling this beautiful gown, but I would much rather it go on to make other ladies feel as happy, glamorous and beautiful as I did than it sit in an attic collecting dust. It's too special for that and hopefully had another few perfect days left in it.

*MEASUREMENTS* - I have measured the dress bust, height, waist etc. My measurements at the time of wearing the dress were:
31 inch bust
29 inch waist
36.5 inch hip
40 1/2 inch bum
24 inch upper thigh

Alterations

The dress was very much altered to my size 8 physique at the time. My bust at the time was 34 C and I had some cups added into the dress to push my boobs up more (weight goes from my boobs).

I am a curvy size 8 with a big bum and not straight figured, I believe there is a bit of let out. If you are a size 6 this will fit.
