The Dress

Liel Wedding Dress by Dana Harel. This was purchased at Bridal Atelier Montclair. I have the designer dress bag as well.
The Liel gown is strongly inspired by the 18th century ball gown dresses made of Mikado silk. It features a classic corset with straps and a deep U neckline. The skirt was made using a rectangular pattern gathered at the waist creating a clash between modern and historical shape while respecting them both. The high slit created by the gathered Mikado in the front is a classic touch of Dana Harel and brings sex appeal to the look. The Liel gown is designed for the fashionista that isn’t afraid of standing out.
This was a second dress of the evening and was worn for about 2 hours. This dress can be bustled. It is bustled in the photos so it can be let down for a slightly longer train. It has been professionally cleaned. The style is very classic with a fun twist.

Alterations

The dress was altered to look like the dress that was advertised. This ball gown style dress was pinned and adjusted in the model photo. I had it altered to actually look like that for a more fun, modern vibe. I did not shorten the front as much as the model shot/advertisement. The train was shortened quite a bit.
