The Dress

Hi there! This lovely dress was supposed to be for my wedding on March 28, 2020, but that was sadly canceled. So she’s never been worn! At this point my body has changed and I no longer fit it so I’d like to get this to a lovely bride to wear while I shop for another one for down the road when we have another wedding.

She has a sweetheart neckline with invisible mesh in front and back to give the illusion that it isn’t there and the back has floating lace. It is not a corset dress; it buttons up and has a zipper on the skirt. There are several scalloped layers of lace on top of a nude underlayer which still has its horsehair braid trim in tact.

Smoke free home! Can come with shoes but will NOT come with a veil.

Alterations

I worked for an alteration shop so my coworker (who was our bridal expert) completed all the alterations for me.
I was 40,38,42 bust, waist, hips.
The front is hemmed to float above the floor while I wore inch and a half heels. I can include these shoes! The back has three over bustles, and the layers underneath have around…32 ribbon bustles.

So! There is a small snag on the mesh back of the dress. (photographed) Unable to see it while it is on but a good bridal seamstress will be able to remove a small bit of lace from the hem and hand sew it to the upper mesh if you wanted to. The seamstress would be able to help you figure out the ribbon bustles as well. I wish that I could but I never got to wear this out. I THINK my coworker said it was 4 ribbons to every 1 main bustle.
