Alterations
Alterations: bustle added (to make dancing easier but can un-bustle); plunging neckline closed slightly (but I think you can take the stitching out and open it back up again); and straps were shortened 1.5 inches (but can be lengthened again). Shortened by about 2 inches in front on hem. Train not altered. Bustling alterations alone will likely cost you $100 or more.
